(These can be purchased from amazon. Kerry throws a few in each batch. I would not throw any more than 5 in at a time as in large quantities it has some toxicity.)

This should make you 2 days worth of smoothies so you only have to make these a few times a week. But because they are so nutrient dense, you will be surprised at how long it keeps you from being hungry. In addition, since we’ve been doing this, we each have only been sick one time in 18 months!
So find the right balance of ingredients for you, blend it up and be amazed at how much your body loves you for it. There may be some getting used to all the veggies for a couple weeks...mainly some gas, but as your body adjusts, all that should go away.
